Cyndi Solomon, Grappone Staff Accountant, presented a donation of $250 to Concord Capitols’ Vice President, Jen Peightell Diachenko, from Grappone in the Community on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at their 2015 Season info/registration night. Cyndi has been the Treasurer of Concord Capitols since January of this year. Her volunteer duties consist of attending board meetings and writing grants to raise money for the Capitols. Established in 1988, the Concord Capitols Football & Cheer programs have a rich history of providing opportunities for youth to participate in programs that teach kids to strive for excellence in teamwork, sportsmanship and scholastic achievement.

Future fundraising events include a car wash at Arnie’s on July 5th and August 16th, and a yard sale at Martin Field in Concord.There will also be an additional info/registration night on Sunday, June 14th at Martin Field from 4:00 – 5:30. Concord Capitols is still accepting new players for all football and cheer teams for the 2015 season, so please stop by the field or call Cyndi for more information.
