On Friday, 12/27 The Concord Monitor visited Grappone Automotive Group. The subject of their article was mindfulness in the workplace, which 4th generation owner Amanda Grappone Osmer knows a lot about. While The Monitor visited Amanda had a jam session with fellow team members. Every Tuesday after hours team members gather in the Toyota showroom for a jam session. On Friday, we had an accordionist, Ivan, four guitarists, Sean – Gwen – Lynda- and Mike, and Amanda was there with her banjo. If you want to read more about The Concord Monitor’s visit you can read their article here. Learn more about Amanda’s approach to mindfulness in the work place as well as encouraging healthy lifestyles – physically and mentally.
During the holiday season Grappone and all the team members at Grappone focus on giving back to others. Grappone participates in two wonderful holiday programs. Grappone is a drop off location for Toys for Tots and also particpates in The Salvation Army’s Wish Upon A Star Christmas program. Team members at Grappone signed up to receive a star and worked together to fulfill children’s Christmas wishes. Purchases for the children range from clothing to Legos to bicycles. Every child deserves a Christmas and 60 stars were claimed by team members. That means that 60 local children will be receiving presents on Christmas because of the generosity that everyone here has. Each show room is set up with a Toys for Tots drop off location. At Grappone Toyota there is a Toyota Tacoma in the showroom that is being filled every day with toys. Whether it was a kind guest at Grappone or a team member dropping off the toy, the community we have here at Grappone is beyond caring and always trying to give back to the community. On December 8th Grappone held their annual Christmas party. This party is for the children of all Grappone team members. This year we had 130 children in attendance. They all got to meet Santa, see Rudolph and the Gingerbread Man. Every child went home with a gift as well. How have you celebrated the season of giving this year?

This package is valued at over $1,000! You can keep the tickets for yourself or give them away to friends or family. Did you know that Grappone supports shopping local? We will also be partnering with Nearby Registry to help inform our guests on why it is important to shop locally. We have nothing but love for our community and we hope you do too! This year Santa is Nearby! In the Ford/Hyundai lot the Moonshine Truck will be set up. This will be the Moonshine’s maiden voyage! Similar to a lunch truck, but here you can enter the truck and do some shopping. So while you have your car serviced or you are trying to decide on which car to buy enjoy some convenient shopping! When you visit Grappone you will always be introduced to upfront pricing and a negotiation free buying process. While you might deal with a big hassle at other stores on Black Friday you can be assured that we provide a hassle free process!
Grappone Team Member, Nancy Cote, volunteered for CASA of NH on Friday, November 8th working on their semi-annual fundraising campaign’s 4,000 piece mailer. She sent out handwritten notes to thank past contributors and volunteers. She also prepared greeting cards to benefit CASA and packed jewelry for transfer to the local church for their upcoming fundraiser. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of New Hampshire recruits, trains and supervises volunteers to serve as advocates for abused and neglected children in the New Hampshire court system. As a private nonprofit, they rely on a diverse revenue base. Thirty to forty percent of their operating budget is from state and federal funding, with the balance from individual and corporate contributions, private grants and revenue from CASA fundraising efforts. Nancy was pleased to present CASA with a $250 donation from Grappone in the Community. She said, “What a great group of people doing an amazing job for the children in the court system in the State of NH. There were 2 employees there who took delivery of vehicles from Grappone Toyota and they couldn’t be happier. One employee, Marty, was actually the woman responsible for bringing CASA to the state. She loves the Toyota facility, her RAV4, and us (not necessarily in that order)! I can’t wait to go back. I will be volunteering on my own in the future. Thanks for the great experience! “ You can also help Nancy support CASA of NH by …
