“we are in the people business, we just happen to sell cars”I am proud to work for a company that is so dedicated to building lifelong relationships with our team members, guests, and community. We truly have the best interest of the great people we work with in mind at all times. We are not your typical car dealership. Here at Grappone we provide a clear and transparent car buying process, educating our guests about each aspect that is involved in their vehicle purchase. No one here is paid on commission, so there is no hidden agenda or pressure; we always want what is best for our guests. I have the pleasure of working in Grappones Guest Experience Department. It is my job to provide our guests with all the preliminary information they need before coming into the dealership to purchase a vehicle. This saves our guests time and helps them make a well informed, educated decision. I also have the opportunity to follow up with all of our guests to see how their visit was when they were at our dealership; we make it a priority to ensure that everyone who takes the time to visit Grappone has an excellent experience. I often say to friends and family that we are in the people business, we just happen to sell cars. I feel blessed to be apart of the Grappone family and plan to be here, like many of our other team members, for many, many years.
